Terms and Conditions for MezzoGo

Welcome to MezzoGo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our IT services. By creating an account or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
1.1. MezzoGo provides a wide range of virtual IT services, including but not limited to software development, consulting, and technical support. 1.2. All services are performed remotely ("Virtual Services"). 1.3. Specific project details, deliverables, and deadlines are defined in the individual Technical Assignment (TA) or project brief agreed upon through our communication channels.
2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1. Pricing for services is determined on an individual basis depending on the complexity and scope of the work. 2.2. Quotes are valid for the period stated during communication and are subject to change if the project scope is modified.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment acquirers. 3.2. Work typically begins after a full or partial prepayment, as specified in the individual agreement. 3.3. MezzoGo reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not made on time.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1. Completed Work: Once a service has been performed and delivered in accordance with the agreed Technical Assignment (TA),no refunds shall be issued. You acknowledge that IT services are labor-intensive and that once the labor has been expended and the product delivered, the fee is non-refundable. 4.2. Work in Progress: If a client requests to cancel a project before completion, MezzoGo will assess the percentage of work completed. A partial refund may be issued minus the cost of the labor hours already expended. 4.3. Deviations from TA: If the final product does not meet the specific requirements of the agreed TA, MezzoGo will perform necessary revisions to align the product with the TA at no additional cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The client is responsible for providing a clear and comprehensive Technical Assignment (TA). 5.2. MezzoGo is not responsible for project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary access, information, or feedback in a timely manner.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Upon full payment for the services, all intellectual property rights for the custom work created specifically for the client are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.2. MezzoGo retains the right to use the general knowledge, code snippets, and skills acquired during the project for other clients, provided no confidential client data is disclosed.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. MezzoGo provides services "as is" without any express or implied warranties beyond the scope of the agreed TA. 7.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MezzoGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use or inability to use the results of the services.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. 8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. 8.3. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Egypt.
9. Termination of Account
9.1. MezzoGo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
